About C2Care and virtual reality therapy for practitioners
What is virtual reality therapy for practitioners?
Virtual reality and artificial intelligence give practitioners new tools to help patients manage fear and anxiety. Immersive environments allow progressive, safe exposure to specific situations, supporting targeted interventions.
Sessions can be customized to each patient's needs, strengthening clinical practice at every stage of care.
How it works
A complete solution for practitioners
C2Care combines a headset, a therapeutic platform and personalized support to fit into everyday practice.
Headset & hardware
The headset gives patients access to immersive environments designed to work on the emotions triggered by everyday anxiety-provoking situations.
Therapeutic platform
The online platform lets you launch, monitor and adjust each exposure session directly from your account.
Personalization
Settings, avatars and interactions adapt to each patient's needs, so every exposure matches their specific difficulties.
Support
The assistant IA Camille supports patients throughout their exposures, acting as a trusted presence without judgment.
How it works
How it works
- 1
Choose the environment
Select the environment matching the situation to expose, then adjust weather, crowd density, platform appearance or social scenario.
- 2
Equip the patient
Fit the patient with the headset. They stay in one spot, with just enough room to rotate 360° and extend their arms; movements are controlled with the left controller's joystick.
- 3
Adjust the exposure
Increase the difficulty of the environment step by step so the patient becomes desensitized to their anxiety and regains confidence in their abilities.
- 4
Support
Guide the session while the assistant IA Camille offers a trusted, non-judgmental presence throughout the exposure.
Environments
Environments you can adjust
Each exposure can be tailored precisely to the situation your patient needs to work on.
Therapeutic applications
Which disorders can be treated?
C2Care's environments address several disorders commonly seen in professional practice.
Specific phobias
A phobia is an intense and irrational fear of an object, situation or concept, such as enclosed spaces, heights or certain animals. C2Care's immersive, customizable environments let patients face their feared situation gradually, at their own pace, turning avoidance into new habits.
Learn more Social phobias
Social phobia involves intense anxiety about negative judgment from others, often triggered by public speaking or everyday social interactions. Through graduated exposure to formal and informal social contexts, patients regain control of their emotions and rebuild self-confidence.
Learn more Addictive behaviours
C2Care's environments reproduce ecological situations containing craving cues, the urge to consume or engage in a behavior. Patients work both on dysfunctional beliefs and on the problematic behavior itself, with methods to manage addictive conduct.
Learn more Anxiety disorders
Anxiety becomes a disorder when it disrupts daily life, often alongside depression, ADHD or generalized anxiety disorder. Simulated situations help patients develop strategies to better manage their emotions and regain confidence.

FAQ
Frequently asked questions about C2Care's professional care offers
Here are the answers practitioners most often ask before adopting C2Care.
What equipment do I need?
You only need your C2Care online account and an internet connection. No application installation is required, and you can connect using a tablet, a computer (Mac included), or a smartphone.
What happens if I lose my internet connection?
The software runs directly in the headset, so exposures continue even offline. You simply won't be able to control the headset from your account and will need to launch exposures directly from it.
Will my patient need a lot of space?
No, the patient stays stationary and only needs room to rotate 360° and extend their arms. Movements within the virtual environment are controlled using the joystick on the left controller.
Which professions can use this tool?
Our environments replicate real-life situations, making them suitable for any professional who works with patients. The tool adapts to different areas of practice rather than being limited to one specialty.
Is training included?
After subscribing, you can schedule a virtual session with a team member for personalized guidance on getting started. Optional clinical training is also available on request.
How do I know if this tool is suitable for my practice?
Before subscribing, you can book a virtual demonstration with our team. They will show you how the software works and explain its specific applications for your area of expertise.
Do I have access to all environments?
Yes, all our environments are included in a single application. You are not restricted to a limited set of scenes depending on your subscription.
Who should I contact in case of software issues?
Our technical support team is available via live chat directly from your control platform. For headset issues, we help diagnose the problem and, if necessary, replace defective equipment within 48 hours.
